Crafters of Faith

Hello everyone!

I want to make a topic where we can put in all the crafters in our guild and what professions they have Now I know that practically all of us can get every craft possible, but I can imagine that people don't want to waste their money with switching all the time, so in the end here will be all crafters with their professions, craft level and later on I will make a excel document listing all the recipes he/she can make and the needed materials for that. ^_^

SO, I will put it in like this and make an online document later on to match with it

MAINTENANCE NOTE: I will make this thread a neat one when GW2 is out, therefore comments will be erased regularly in order to create a neat topic I might even lock it when the game has launched!

So for the time being, I want you guys to pick a crafting profession (no worries, you can always change it, no need to have different crafts, I just want to have a list where we will know what craft every player does

And yes, choosing blacksmithing is a fine choice for a warrior except that there are no gathering professions in GW2, but I already told you that this afternoon

YAY!!!! I found out how to make that list appear with the excel file =DD

Now just to find a way to make a difference between the different players (A)
but that shouldnt be too hard now =D just need to make an effective system and.... TADAAAAA!!! (seems I will be cleaning my own posts mainly... lol)

Edited my old post, looks like I'm going to take Armor and Weapon smith, easy to make own gear and besides, I can then supply Mesmer and Guardian too?

Yes you can, even better then you can supply guardian, warrior, mesmer and elementalists and practically all classes because every class has a weaponsmithing weapon

Anyone knows of a nice place to upload a file to which is easy to update?
I am trying to do it with dropbox now, but I don't like it so far :/

I'll probably have huntsman/leather worker on Morofang... But on Snow which will be the guy I play the most in Faith I think I might have to jewelcraft and tailor..

I dunno, but besides the fact that crafting looks alot easier in GW2 (crafting speed is exponential, so creating 100 bars doesn't take that much longer than creating 5..) I probably won't touch crafting (except to make money)
Top gear is always the same, just different division of stats. And different division of stats scream minmaxing to me, so I'm gunna avoid that.

Fact - minmaxing ruins the video game. So go commit suicide all ye minmaxers with your spread sheets and charts and selctive grouping! Rawr rage!!!

whut? never thought about cooking? nice buffs? and most likely, crafting will be all about skins

and on top of that, I am just making a over ambitious list of what everyone can make xD

Cooking sounds actually like a good moneymaker, (expendables are the best) so I might look into it..it was also reportedly one of the tougher crafting skills

it is... need all kinds of meat/weeds/etc from specific monsters... which are all quite rare too to top it off...
